Everything from ordering to post-purchase support has been excellent. Cobey (Project Manager) has been instrumental in designing a system that works for our inspection needs. We have purchased multiple pan/tilt thermal camera systems, and all have worked great for our purposes. If an issue arises, Viper is very responsive to ensure we don’t experience any downtime. We appreciate the customer service and support that is offered after equipment has been purchased.
