We are excited to announce the promotion of Chris Pierce to Customer Service & Technical Solutions Specialist! Chris began his journey at Viper Imaging as a Software Intern and quickly proved himself to be a valuable member of the team. Since joining Viper, he has demonstrated strong technical aptitude, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset that made this transition to a full-time role a natural next step.

May 2025 – We are thrilled to officially welcome Chris into his new role at Viper! He brings extensive public service experience and a strong understanding of business workflows, along with hands-on experience in multiple programming languages. Chris is an excellent cultural fit for the team and has shown a remarkable ability to adapt within a hybrid role. His capability to manipulate code, understand complex system configurations, and troubleshoot customer issues independently allows him to deliver efficient, high-quality support without requiring senior developer involvement.

In his new position, Chris will serve as a key technical resource for customers, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting system configurations, and delivering technical solutions that improve user experience. He will work closely with both customers and internal software teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and solutions are clearly communicated.

Chris earned his undergraduate degree in Information Systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), with a concentration in Cybersecurity Management and a minor in Japanese Language. Outside of work, he enjoys card games, video games, hiking, traveling the world, and discovering great food.

We’re excited to see Chris continue to grow at Viper and make a lasting impact in this expanded role.

Q: Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What did you want to be when you grew up?
Chris: I wanted to be a computer engineer or a linguist.

Q: What drew you to pursue a career with Viper Imaging?
Chris: I love working for Viper because of the incredible support between all team members, and I’m given so much motivation to do good and important things for people.
