Viper Imaging Welcomes Cody Walls

January 2026: Viper Imaging is pleased to welcome Cody Walls to the team as our new Production and Service Technician.

Role and Vision

Cody will support Viper’s thermal camera systems in both production and service. His production duties include system assembly, camera integration, testing, and shipping & receiving to ensure correct and ready-for-deployment systems. For service, he assists with troubleshooting, repairs, and system evaluations, including on-site service and customer support in the field.

A key focus of his role will be connecting production and service by providing direct, practical support throughout the entire system lifecycle. By leveraging field experience, he will work to enhance the build quality, reliability, and serviceability of Viper Imaging systems.

Experience & Expertise

Cody brings a unique perspective to this role, stemming from his 7 years of service in the United States Army as a behavioral health specialist, most recently stationed in Germany. He considers this service his proudest achievement, valuing the opportunity to serve our country, travel the world, and support America’s finest with daily mental health challenges. He shared, “The impact and sacrifices made by our Service Members cannot be understated, and I was extremely blessed to be able to help take some of the stress away from them.” We applaud his dedication and patriotism.

With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to plan and prepare for projects, Cody is a valuable addition to the team. His resilience, team-building capabilities, and leadership strengths will greatly benefit our customers and team in upcoming initiatives. Cody is committed to applying his skills and strengths to the job while actively seeking to expand his knowledge of industrial process monitoring systems.

We’re glad to have Cody join the team and are excited about the drive he’ll bring to production and the hands-on, relatable support he’ll offer our service team.
