Rich is a co-founder of Viper Imaging and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He holds the certification of Level III Thermographer and is an experienced professional in thermal and spectral analysis, with over two decades of experience in UV, visible, and infrared instrumentation. In coordination with business partner, Andy Beck, Rich is responsible for sales in several US states, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, as well as in Europe, Greenland, and Africa.
Andy is one of the co-founders of Viper Imaging. Presently, he holds the position of Vice President of Sales Technology. With more than 20 years of experience in the infrared imaging market, he has worked with both global and national organizations where he managed sales teams that provided different systems for the industrial marketplace, including robotics, automation, thermal imaging, temperature measurement, and gas analysis systems. Andy is certified as a Level III Thermographer and Fluid Power Specialist. His sales territory includes several US states including Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, as well as Asia, Greenland, and Africa. He works in partnership with Rich Shannon to manage these territories.
Stan is Viper’s Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest US (Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Washington, DC). He has extensive professional experience in industrial applications and infrared technology and holds certifications in infrared and optical gas imaging thermography. Stan’s expertise in manufacturing, heavy industry, and utilities makes him an invaluable resource to Viper customers in his region.
Gianni is the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast region. This region includes the northeast United States (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island), Canada, and Central and South America. With an emphasis on industrial applications and markets that are highly regulated, Gianni brings extensive international business experience spanning more than 20 years with electronics and security technology to the Viper team!
Shane brings extensive professional experience spanning more than two decades with electronics, infrared technology, and optical gas imaging (OGI) to his role as Regional Sales Manager. With a focus on serving customers in the oil and gas industry, his sales territory includes Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, and Colorado.
Since 2020, Alex has provided support to customers, Viper regional sales managers, and Viper distributors and representatives through his roles as Sales Coordinator and then Inside Sales Manager. In 2023, Alex was promoted to his current role of Regional Sales Manager for Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Mississippi, North and South Carolina, and Tennessee. His helpful nature, product knowledge, and expertise in applications are key contributors to Viper’s success and growth.
