Protect your industrial assets with Viper Imaging’s ApEX Predator Kit. The complete kit includes a thermal and/or visual camera, an environmentally rated enclosure, ViperVision software, and mounting hardware. Additional options are available to allow true customization to your system based on your needs.

Complete ApEX Predator Kit

The basis of the system is a thermal or visual imaging camera, providing highly accurate monitoring of your critical assets.
The camera is housed in our IP67-rated ViperVenom enclosure with an air knife/wipe or one of our stainless steel Class I, Div 1 & 2, ATEX, IECEx, FM/UL rated enclosure options.
Simplifying the system for the user is our ViperVision software suite. Our proven software integrates into your processes with standard protocols and alarming and will continuously monitor for temperature increases.
Mounting hardware and accessories are included.

ApEX Predator Kit - Stainless Steel Enclosure with Thermal and Visual Camera Options

Additional system options:

Predator Controller Box – provides full control for up to six cameras (Cat6/Cat5e, single mode, and multimode fiber)
Communications Module – OPC, EthernetIP, Modbus, select Allen-Bradley, and Siemens PLC via OPC or S7 Protocol
Air Kit – a set of hoses and valves to provide a single airline connection to the system and control the flow to each component
Air Intensifier – creates high-velocity airflow which is directed out and away from the lens
Extended Warranty – add 1 year for a complete 2-year warranty
Service Contract – includes yearly site visit with calibration check and software update (click here for details)
Quick-Start Service – includes site visit with 3-hour training/start-up assistance
