Shane Womack Joins the Viper Team
Viper Imaging is pleased to announce that Shane Womack has joined our team as Regional Sales Manager. With a focus on serving customers in the oil and gas industry, his sales territory includes Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
Shane brings extensive professional experience spanning 22 years with electronics and infrared technology. He spent the last 7 years as a senior regional sales manager in optical gas imaging (OGI) for a world-leading manufacturer of thermal imaging infrared cameras. During this time, he earned advanced monitoring certifications of Level I Furnace Inspection thermographer, Level II thermographer, and Level II OGI thermographer – all from Infrared Training Center.

Shane earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance from Texas A&M University. He and his family reside in Georgetown, Texas. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time outside, hunting, and just being with family.

Q: Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What did you want to be when you grew up?
Shane: I dreamed of being a professional football player.
Q: Tell us about your hometown.
Shane: I grew up in Houston, Texas. When I began dating my wife during college, I became familiar with her hometown of Georgetown, north of Austin. After starting my career, I took the first opportunity to relocate to Georgetown and still love living there.
Q: What motivates you?
Shane: My competitive nature drives me to be the best I can be.
Q: What do you think are the best skills you bring to your job?
Shane: I have a passion and desire to succeed. It’s very important to me to maintain a high level of integrity when serving my customers and in my role in the company.
Q: Why do you love working for Viper Imaging?
Shane: Our products are so effective at solving problems for customers that it makes work fun. And the Viper team is like a family. It feels good to be a part of a team like that.
Q: When you’re not working, what are you happiest doing?
Shane: I always look forward to date night with my wife, and I love going hunting with my sons.

Shane: an ice-cold Bud Light
