Ben joined the Viper team in May 2020 as Product and Marketing Manager. He was promoted to Operations Manager in 2022 and then General Manager in 2023. His genuine love for learning, leadership skills, and aptitude for project management are key contributors to his career advancement at Viper. Q: Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What did you want to be when you grew up?

Ben: I dreamed of being an astronaut or Pokemon trainer.

Q: Tell us about your hometown.

Ben: I grew up in Grimes, Iowa, a small town surrounded by cornfields. We rode our bikes to elementary school during the spring and fall and played backyard sports during the summer. We’d have snowball fights at recess and after school in the wintertime. 

Q: What motivates you?

Ben: I want to make a positive impact on those around me. I believe that everyone has the ability to better themselves and make a difference.

Q: What do you think are the best skills you bring to your job?

Ben: I love to learn and accomplish big projects.

Q: Why do you love working for Viper Imaging?

Ben: We have a fantastic team. It is a joy coming to work each day.

Q: When you’re not working, what are you happiest doing?

Ben: Being outside, playing guitar, and hanging with friends.

Q: If we went to happy hour, what would you order?

Ben: Probably a local beer, if it was happy hour, but whiskey on the rocks is my go-to drink.
